There is a nice and easy plugin developed by one of woocommerce’s lead developers.
WooCommerce Product Gift Wrap plugin will allow you to enable gift wrap option for specific produces, it will also enable you to set price for gift wrapping against each product. The gift wrap amount will be added to your order total in cart and checkout pages.

After downloading the plugin, go to admin panel of your site, click on add new link under plugins and then hit upload plugin button.
Now, browse and select the plugin from your computer and click on install button.
When plugin finishes its installation, activate it by clicking on Activate Plugin link.
Now we need to enable the gift wrap option for some products.
Go to products, and edit any existing product.
If there isn’t any then create a new one.
On the product page, you’ll see a check-box to enable gift wrap option, mark it checked and set the price for gift wrapping.
Save the product after this.
Now go to product page from front end, and you will see option to gift wrap product there.
Mark this checked and add product to cart.
Your cart page will look like this:
